Easy Blueberry Birthday or any Occasion Cake
Look so fabulous! So easy!
I just baked two white cake mixes and used an 8 inch round tin.
In the center was chocolate pudding and crushed up Oreos. The rest was a home made whipped cream and this is the recipe I used.
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Then I topped with strawberries… looks so pretty!
